FreshFold Laundry was founded by Lauren Hall to give Cape Town households and hosts back the hours they lose to laundry.
FreshFold is a small, local Cape Town business. It started with a simple observation: plenty of people don't mind clean laundry — they mind the sorting, the queuing, the waiting and the folding. So we took that whole task off their hands.
We collect laundry from homes, apartments, Airbnb properties and guesthouses. It is then professionally cleaned by our trusted laundromat partners, using commercial equipment built for the job. FreshFold does not run a laundromat — what we do is manage your laundry end to end: collection, careful handling, folding and delivery back to your door.
Lauren Hall, our founder and owner, personally oversees bookings and collections. That means when you message FreshFold, you're speaking to someone who knows your property, your linen and your schedule — not a call centre.
